Processing Time All items at Jess Customs Co are handmade and custom made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship to the US and many international destinations.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Jess Customs Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
